sewed up wrong?

My dr gave me an episiotomy & I believe I tore also. 3rd baby & w my first I ripped 3 directions, hemoragged... and it did not hurt as bad as this! 

First problem. Pooping. Feels like ass glass. I'm even doubling my stool softener prescription! It hurts inside my vagina, in a way I can't explain. And things feel way different than before. There's a flap of skin where it used to b flat, in perinium area. Could they have sewed me up the wrong way?? Not my first baby, so maybe This one was just harder on my body. The labor was 23 hrs compared to my first 16 & second 2...
