6 week old struggle

Baby is 6 week old today! I am super sore and tired. I love cuddling with her but not 24/7. I co-sleep and my joints and body are sore and stiff when I wake up. For the past couple nights she's been waking up 3 times at night I think because she has gas! She is bf and ff but mostly ff at night. Any advice on how to kind of force her to sleep in her crib or at least rock and play!? Desperate here :(
