Anal help TMI

So ladies I just tried anal for the 1st time and it sucked. It hurt sooo much and afterwards I couldn't stop the urge to poop and once I did I noticed that not only did the smell change but also the consistency of my poop. Now I don't mean to be dramatic or nasty or anything like that I just wanna know is this normal? What else should I expect? Is there anyway to make this more enjoyable
