sore on vagina lip :/

So you know those sores you get in your mouth when you accidentally bite it? I have one small sore like like that on the inside of my vagina lip. I noticed it when my pad made me itchy, I scratched and that developed. I feel like it was from shaving and my pad rubbing against me, but I would like other answers. I'm a virgin, so it can't be anything bad...can it?
