EGENT HELP 💗

Hey girls, i need some advice about bum acne and bikini line. I'm 15 and going through puberty and have had bum acne for ages and i hate it and don't know any ways to get rid of it. Here and there are some little red spots but then i might have one or two massive boils. Any suggestions on how to stop or lower the amount of acne there? Also on my right bikini line, my underwear is always rubbing and causing this one big lump under the skin which irritates when i walk or there's taht certain sport when the underwear rubs and try to move the underwear but never works. Anyways to stop that from happening?
