question need help

Hello ladies! My 2 year old has been sick, ear infection that got worse, strep and bronchitis. Well now he is barely eating or drinking and is a very picker water to begin with! What can I do to get him to drink? He is drinking but not a whole lot and his diaper is still dry after sleeping in it all night!! I'm just concerned but the doctors didn't make a big deal about it. I need some advice before he ends up dehydrated in the hospital again ☹️
