acid reflux and sickness

Anyone else sufferingbbagly in the last month? I've suffered sickness pretty much throughout but every night ATM nothing seeems to help the acid and sickness. I'm posting annon because it's embarrassing as since I keep being sick I also pee even if been to bathroom lol. I've tried gaviscon but it barely touches it unless I have 2/3
