16 and pregnant 😬

So I'm like every other 16 year old in my town I go to school go out with my friends but I've had this off and on thing with this boy and we had sex without a condom . My period was supposed to come the week after we had sex and after 5 year of having it it's really regular so I was really scared . I went with a friend to this drop in session at my school were u can get condoms and stuff so I went with my friend and I took a pregnancy test and it was positive . I then had to tell the boy and he's actually happy about it but I'm not sure if I should keep it or not because of exams coming up ( btw I went today to the drop in thing ) . Some advice would really help me rn as I need to go back tomorrow and make a decision xxx I didn't know what category to put it in sorry if I got it wrong xxx
