Yeast, UTI, or BV?

So last week, on Monday, I thought I was developing a yeast infection. I've had a couple before, and that's what it felt like anyway. I was very itchy, but didn't notice any discharge, though to be fair I started my period almost immediately after the symptoms began, and after that, the blood made it hard to know if there was discharge. Anyway, I tried Monistat 1, but that didn't seem to help, so then I tried Monistat 3, and it didn't seem to help either. By Saturday, it hurt to pee and I felt worse than ever. I tried AZO tablets for UTI, and Sunday, I went to the Urgent Care where they did urinalysis and confirmed it was not a UTI. They also took a swab to test for yeast and BV, but it had to be sent out for testing, so in the meantime, she prescribed 2 doses of oral anti-fungal (Fluconazole) and a week of oral antibiotics (Metronidazole). Within a few hours of taking the first dose of anti-fungal, I felt lots better, so I figured it was just an OTC-resistant strain of yeast. I'm almost through all the meds now, and all the symptoms are gone, but I got the test results back from the Urgent Care today, and they said the swab had come back normal (negative for yeast and negative for BV), so now I'm wondering wth I was experiencing? I don't think it could be an STI. I haven't been with anyone but my husband in years, and when I was seeing other people I got tested regularly. I also trust that my husband has been faithful. So they didn't test for STI, but if I was negative for UTI, yeast, and BV, then what could it have been? Sorry for the novel!

Also maybe worth noting: started Metformin, baby aspirin, and progesterone shortly before developing symptoms... could any of the side effects of any of these medications perhaps have caused symptoms like this?
