Pregnant?

UPDATE: I took a test and it said negative but i still have zero signs or symptoms of getting my period so I'm really not sure what to do. Retest in a few days? Any opinions..?

Need some advice. I'm one day late for my period. I am on the pill and have been going through court against an abusive ex so obviously there's some stress. I just don't know if i should take a test yet or just wait a few more days to see if i get it. Thanks ladies.
