advice needed!!!!

Ladies I need your opinions. Hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant for quite some time now and I just got a positive opk for this cycle of clomid, this is the 4th cycle and I am at 150mg cd 3-7. I also have a tilted cervix. I was wondering anyone have any tips other than have lots of sex to help get pregnant faster?! I have heard of use soft cups to help keep the sperm up in there but I don't know if it will help! Any help is appreciated!
