do I have a good reason to take a pregnancy test ?

I wanna take a pregnancy test because I haven't been feeling to well....My last period was March 7-12th....The end of last week I threw up out of no where and had really weird cramps....This week my boobs hurt but that came and went....But I have noticed change in my discharge....Yesterday it was thick and white and my cervix is super low...I'm having cramps on the left side of my body....I know you can't determine if I'm pregnant or if those are period symptoms but have any of you ladies had these symptoms ?
