Any advice?

Noelle
I got my first positive pregnancy test on 4/8/17 and it turned positive pretty quickly too. My lmp is 2/20/17 and by that I should be approximately 7 weeks. I ended up in the ER on 4/10/17 for pelvic pain and they did bloodwork and a vaginal u/s. They said they couldn't see anything on the u/s yet and my hcg was 4456. I ended up in the ER again last night for the same pain. Still no signs of anything on u/s and hcg was 4910. So it's went up, but not by much :/ I know it's possible to have ovulated later and not be as far along as to what lmp says I should be. I haven't had any bleeding, spotting or discharge. I have my first official OB appointment on Monday but I'm just concerned about the fact that my levels haven't increased by much and that they weren't able to see anything on u/s. But, I also had a friend tell me that ER docs aren't as versed at reading ultrasounds as OBs are. Any thoughts, comments or similar experiences?
