Please I need some advice???

According to many many calculations I'm supposed to be  around 4 weeks well I have in the ER for abdominal pain and they did my blood work which my levels were 857 and positive urine and blood test ! Fats forward to the ultrasound they saw nothing they said they saw what could be a ges. Sac but it appeared abnormal I'm so scared I experienced a loss in January I really really want this baby
