I'm so frustrated and confused!

So tested last night and got bfn. As soon as I was done poas, I wiped and there was blood so I figured AF was just early. Now today, literally zero blood on both tampons I've worn today and while out with my youngest I nanny, I had these cramps that almost knocked me down. I have serious heartburn and I'm completely exhausted. Also, tmi but I can't stop popping either lol and I pee A LOT normally, but in the past 2 hours, I haven't had a drop to drink and I'm peeping, it feels like every 20 minutes. Am I getting way too into this or could it seriously be a possibility in pregnant and just texted too early?? I'm 10dpo and AF is due 3/4.
