HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY YOUR BABYSITTER?

I work from 9-4 everyday except the weekend, I have a babysitter I'm just wondering how much I should pay them? Hourly? Weekly? Can y'all please help me out!!

$10/hr for one child unless your kid needs more special treatment as if they have a disability the I would up it to 15/hr

I'm a babysitter and I get paid 10$ an hour by the two families I babysit for, they both have 2 kids. I never really gave a price but when I did it was less and the parents always gave me more. Hope this helps!
