Bottle struggles, at my wits end.

My son is 3 1/2 months and we've been EBF since he was born. Not one bottle. But I'm wanting to go back to work very soon and I hate pumping, I don't want to do it. And I'm thinking of transitioning to formula soon. But he WILL NOT take a bottle. I've tried tommie tippie, MAM, dr brown, playtex... he hates all of them. I don't know what else to do. And if he won't take a bottle I definitely can't transition to formula and even though I don't want to pump, I wouldn't even be able to because he won't take a bottle. What do I do? 😩😩
