primary doctor problems

So with my last OBGYN appointment they did blood work coming back with "high liver enzymes" blood work was done approximately 1.5 hours after eating lunch and they didn't mind I wasn't fasting as they decided to blood work at the appointment. Went to see a primary regarding this and she wants me to stop all medications (biotin, multivitamins etc) for 2 months. I called to verify this and asked that if I do fall pregnant what about prenatal vitamins and she doesn't want me taking that either. Does this sound right or should I go see a different primary? I did not locate her and find this primary the OBGYN office did.
