Vulvar Varicosity... does anyone have this??

About a month ago I realized I developed like a huge lump on my groin. At first it was suspected to be a hernia because of its size but found out it's a varicose vein issue. I'm going to the hospital in 2 weeks but for now I'd like to know people's view on this. This is worrying me a lot. Btw I'm 24 weeks and 2 days and second pregnancy with a little girl. Will get worse.... :(
