transitioning to crib

I go back to work in a month and my 9 week old is still sleeping with me in bed at night. I never planned to bedshare but it was the only way I could sleep for hours at a time. But now it's time for me to move her to her crib. Any advice ladies? So far, if I put her down while already asleep and swaddled she can go for 3 hours but I want her to fall asleep on her own in her crib eventually. Thanks!
