milk supply stopped. how can I get it back? lol
So I am feeding baby formula because I was just so exhausted with having to pump damn near 24/7. I just wanted a break and I wanted to be able to pump enough to last a while. However, my milk supply has like stopped. And I don't know what to do because I really don't want to feed him formula forever. Baby will be 3 weeks on Sunday. thanks in advance yall! 🙃
