ARGUING WITH HIM

Okay so me and my boyfriend sometimes have these small arguments usually about jealousy yet he is the more dominant one and he will refuse to speak to me if he's in a bad mood and if it's over text and we've argued we will not speak for days in A row as he's so dominant and will not message me first and when I either message him he'll ignore it or be stern with me. I just need some boost to not kick off at him but become the more dominant one without him splitting up with me out of anger??? How do I make him want to make up with me or how do I stop messaging him first????
