So he was texting me and he just got arrested for picking up his kids from their mother's house. He has partial custody of them and I feel like she set him up because he was told by her to get his kids from school yesterday, and he went to the school only to find out she didn't even bring them to school. He went to look for her because she turned off her phone thinking it's a game and I saw him last night and he was really sad because she was keeping his kids for the past 2 weeks. Then this morning she had called him and told him that she was bringing the kids to her house so he showed up and waited A couple of hours for her to show up and when she did, she handed over the kids to him . As soon as he was leaving she called the cops and they arrested him. I don't know what for, but he called me from the jail in which i missed the call and I'm really upset about it. I called them earlier and they told me to call tomorrow morning at 9, after he finish talking to the commissioner. I don't know what to do as far as bail, as far as bonds, I need someone's help to teach me all this stuff so I can help out if it's not serious. I am willing to do anything to make sure he gets out . I feel like she's out to get him, and it's ironic because he was going to family court today with the kids to get custody of them since she isn't stable. He was told that she is schizophrenic and she doesn't take her meds, she drops her kids off at random people's houses and whenever he gets his kids, they're always begging him to eat something because she doesn't feed them & she dumps them at people's houses where they do illegal activities or with my boyfriend on weekends and go missing the whole weekend and then come into his mother's house and take the kids without his knowledge. This has been crazy that she went this far to get him in trouble for something that she simply told him to do. I'm just scared that he won't call me again since I missed it the first time. I'm about to call tomorrow to see what's going on . I never had someone who ended up going to jail before & i know he wouldn't do anything to harm his kids, I know he wouldn't do anything to get in trouble as he has changed since his first born. He's a successful chef & he just got a new job a couple weeks ago. I'm also scared because I feel like he'll be mad that I show up to his court date if he has to go to court . But my friends are telling me that it'll show him that I'm down for him no matter what. I want to give him my full support . It's been a long & stressful day. Please put me in your prayers, or in your thoughts for good news.. I just felt like I needed to vent on here.. thank you guys .. 😪😪
