Using doushes regularly?

Does anyone else doushe regularly? After having an infection a while back with a god awful smell I have been in freak out mode... now I feel like if I don't I can smell myself and it wigs me out.  Any other remedies? Anyone with the same problem? I do it after my period and maybe 1-2 times a week...

The vagina is self-cleaning. Douching is not healthy for them. Messes with the pH balance and can cause infections. Stop. Talk to your gyno if you're concerned.

Rather than making things worse with douching, you should try cleaning the outside with a feminine soap & water, and eat yogurt & take probiotics to replace all of the good bacteria you have washed out.

Take an emty douch and put two tablespoons of baking soda and the rest water you should use that instead of the actual douch stuff because its better for your vigina
