Morning sickness question...

So for the first few weeks of my pregnancy i was nauseas all the time never puked. That went away about 8 weeks. I'm 11 weeks +5 today and I have thrown up twice since I've woken up (about an hour). I don't have a fever and seem to feel okay after i throw up. Could this be morning sickness coming back since I don't have a fever? I only ask cause i have a 9 month old i don't want to get sick so i don't know if i should keep away from him. As well as I have church soon. I feel well enough to go I just don't want to be sick. I know non you guys really know our can diagnose I'm just looking for opinions or experience in morning sickness just showing up like this or something. Thanks in advanced!
