pregnancy help!

Alright ladies! I'm getting ready to push out this human being from a tiny hole that some how expands. Lol. What is one thing you wish you brought with you to the hospital? And also, any other advice please. I'm extremely nervous...especially about the part where I'm suppose to trust my vagina to stretch big enough to push out this beautiful creation. Thanks 😘😘🤰🏼
