What I get for trying to be a kind person...

I was pulling out of our driveway and noticed a turtle in the road. I had a piece of bubble wrap in the car so i used that to pick the turtle up with and move it to the grass. Well as soon as I picked this turtle up I realized I had made a giant mistske. What I was now holding was an alligator snapping turtle. It was going nuts trying its best to get me. I sucessfully got it into the grass, but i will never be picking up a random turtle again!! My husbsnd laughed at me and said, "for future reference if you see a turtle around here it's probably a snapper."
