my boyfriend only seems to care about gaming... advice??

my boyfriend and i havent been together even a full year, only 6 and a half months but after the first 2 months he stopped seeming interested. i always try and see if hes busy or wants ti hang out and he seems to always have an excuse for not being able to (be it hes too tired or he doesnt have gas in his car) now we go to college together and he works part time but so do i. sometimes i get maybe like an hour of sleep or less and he complains that ge didnt get enough sleep after 9 hours or more!! we hang out at his place after school where he doesnt have to drive to get me but at his house he sits with me for maybe 10 minutes then for the next 2 or more hours is on his computer or phone playing video games and hardly paying attention to me. whenever hes at my apartment if i even touch my computer or phone he tries to take them away from me and complain that im not paying attention to him then gets upset when i counteract the claim and say he does the same to me! i honestly dont know what to do and since this has gotten more common ive pretty much given up on trying to see him as often because hes always busy or making an excuse. advice????
