And my roommate said a bunch of shitty stuff to me saying how she was going to get me evicted and make up false accusations about me like I leave dirty dishes and that I invite a bunch of people over to the apartment. When that's not true because I don't invite anyone or cook. Then she told her friend all about it and how she wants the place to herself.

lol she sounds dumb. A landlord wouldn't evict you for having dirty dishes in the sink or inviting friends over to the place you life. Obviously the not paying part can get you evicted. Try to always pay on time. Maybe you landlord will work with you if you're having money issues.
