Need your help!!

Hey ladies, I was prescribed clindamycin last month for a bacterial infection. Well here it is now and I'm still having the same discharge. Is it possible that the antibiotics failed this time and I would have to do a second round?  Or do antibiotics always work? Also I can't take flagyl, I am very allergic to it but I know they say that's the most effective antibiotics to treat a bacterial infection. So maybe the clindamycin wasn't strong enough? Idk, tell me what you think. I called my doctor, waiting for her to get back to me. What do you all think she'll do?
