This is hard to say, but I was abuse when I was 14 and I have never told my boyfriend that I have been dating from 2 years. He just found out cause my brother open a letter address to my mom that talked about it. So I had no choice to tell him. Even tho I wasn't ready for him to know. Well to make this short. He got mad cause I didn't came clean to him earlier and got offensive cause we promise no secrets. I feel guilty but at the same time I feel that he is wrong that he should be supportive. Instead of getting mad. I don't know what to do?? Or what to think??

You have no reason to feel guilty. He shouldn't have gotten mad at you either. I understand you both have a no secret thing. But this was something that you didn't want to talk about. It's nothing against him. The time didn't come yet for you to tell him. Don't feel guilty

I told my boyfriend about my sexual abuse situation when I felt ready and although maybe I should've told him earlier I told him when I was ready. He was very understanding of that. I see as to how you weren't even ready to share this information so that must be very hard for you. I think he should try and be a little more understanding about the situation. But I do also understand how he may be hurt you didn't tell him earlier and maybe just try and sympathize with that a little

That's something very personal and if you weren't ready to share with him he should understand. It's not really a secret it's wrong of him to get mad
