My husband won't call me to see if I'm ok if I'm out late.  He will even go to bed and have no clue when I get home safely. He's asleep and me coming in doesn't wake him up. I'm hurt by this!

It sounds to me like he trusts you, and honestly it also kinda sounds like you're trying to push him not to trust you. Sorry but it sounds like you're searching for a fight that you should be happy isn't happening. Some people would kill to have that kind of trust in a relationship. Be greatful and quit trying to mess up your blessing of a relationship.

My partner does this but he always realises I'm in without me knowing, I fell asleep on the couch once and he woke up and came down to get me cause he knew it was later than I normally get in from a night out and I wasn't in bed. They realise and care more than they like to show most if te time.

This sounds silly to me. My oh goes out most weekends and comes home at silly o clock when I am in bed. I wouldn't wait up for him and leave him to it. I trust him. I'm pregnant so don't go out late atm but if I did he would do the same back. Sounds a bit needy

Haha. This is totally me a couple years ago. I cried my eyes out and wanted a divorce. It just means he trusts you and knows you'll be ok. It doesn't mean he doesn't love you even though that's what you're feeling.

I.understand that and if hurts my feelings every.time but I'm.trying to pick my battles better, I act like it doesn't.bother me, and I don't say a word about it, and sure enough one or two weeks later he'll be asking very nonchalant where I was off what I was up to...ugghhh men are strange creatures, they want to keep you at arms distance , because soaring they really cared wouldnt be manly I suppose lol at least in my dudes case

Maybe he's more independent than you and trusts you. My husband and I trust each other fully and are two very independent people who realize we sometimes prefer different schedules of going to bed and staying out late.
