You should not have children with someone if you are worried that they may do something bad. 
When my son is born, my husband and I will kiss him on the lips until it is no longer comfortable for him. My husband still kisses his grandma and mom on the lips at the age of 21. 
Things are weird when you make them that way and have a twisted mind.

It's perfectly fine. We don't do it, we all kiss on the cheeks, but it's not unacceptable for others to do it. Just personal preference I suppose.

I wouldn't care. As long as it doesn't bother the daughter. I have two sons. I kiss my oldest (3 years old) on the lips all the time. When my youngest is a bit older and I stop worrying about germs so much (he just turned 6 mos) then I will kiss him on the lips too. One day they'll probably get old enough they may not want me to, but until then I will enjoy the giant "mmmmmmmuah!!'" my son gives me.
