I lost my virginity and now what do I do

So I gave it up to a boy I was so in love with and he had said all the same things back to me and then a few weeks later he says he just stopped having feelings and all this shit about how he isn't emotionally available and yet we continued to hook up for a while but then it was too much for me because I kept hoping his feelings would somehow come back and eventually we were able to do the friends with benefits thing because I stopped having feelings for him and I realized that there was no hope for getting back to where we were. Too many things were said for anything to go back to how it was. But I continued to use him because I enjoyed the sex but then I discovered that there was a high possibility he girl he had said he was talking to while we were hooking up started talking before he ended things with me. I called him on it and he got really mad and was like you were never my friend all you brought me was negativity and blah blah blah and I tried to just remain friends but then I was just like look I just wanna be on good terms and he was like okay we're on good terms but just stop talking to me. And he blocked me on everything and now I'm just like what the heck? Was all that for nothing?
