Contractions at 22 weeks 😩

After mowing the lawn on Wednesday, I started having some cramping, so I drank some water and laid down. These cramps continued until the afternoon the next day (they were like super painful period cramps that were consistent throughout the night). After 24 hours of non stop cramps I went into labor and delivery and they said I was having regular contractions. Of course I freaked out and was hoping that it wasn't early labor. After getting some IV fluids and the doctor checking my cervix, they said everything seems fine. My cervix is positioned right and it's closed. They just think I over worked myself. I'm still having some little pains, my stomach feels tight like it's overstretched. I know my body is going through a lot of change right now, I'm just worried.
