PLEASE HELP PLEASE

I don't know what time it is anywhere else but I'm hoping someone's awake. I have had this pain in my lower stomach above my vagina all day. Can't sit straight up, can't move too fast or certain ways, this is the most intense pain I've had ever, I was sitting on the couch with my husband earlier and i literally felt a very sharp pop right in the middle of my very lower stomach into my vagina, we've been trying to get pregnant but bfn always. But I had what I thought was spotting, then brown stringy discharge, then more spotting. I really have no clue what's happening but I was passing it off as gas and I'm up at 4 in the morning on the day of my sons surgery in agony. I know I should go to the doctor but my toddler is having his 2nd surgery today and I have to be there. Someone help me please.
