Is this a Positive?! Any Tweakers that can help?

My husband and I have been ttc for 18 months now and doctors have started to diagnose us with unexplained fertility. However, I'm a week late on my period today and haven't felt completely normal this past week. I took a cheap Walmart test this morning hoping that seeing a bfn would kick my period in gear so we could try IUI next month but then I got this. I'm trying not to get excited, so could you all tell me what you think please??!
