Does this look like vaginal herpes?

Idk if this is vaginal herpes, it doesn't hurt, or itch and it's only in this area of my vagina, it's not really next to the lip either, and I don't have any on my lip or else where, I thought it's probably either from shaving or a ingrown hair. Yesterday I was shaving and cut one open and it started to bleed so idk. They don't bother me but I'm just curious for opinions? I'm definitely still gonna get tested tho.

I was dumb n did have unprotected sex with one of my friends, so ik it's my fault if it is lol, I'll take blame for that.

I know I already have herpe simplex one bc I do get cold sores in my mouth(but like only one, n this is once in a blue mood), but I mostly get only one on my bottom lip when it's dry or chapped.
