long post! corrupt justice system uk

need to vent!!!

the english justice system is fucked ....

got so much shit going on we just want to live our lives and get on ....so my oldest child has had a bad year and a half nearly in regards to his dad ...going back to aug/sept 2015 (he was 5 then) his dad HAD been hurting him by leaving handprints on him after contact (got pics of his injuries) and we (me and my partner) wernt aware that this was going on until he spoke out to my partner about this abuse and cried for help so my partner did the right thing and called the police about this and the police got social services involved too but they didnt seem interested about the abuse even though they were seeing pictures and speaking to my son about what going on ...this was going on weekly for nearly 2 months (police and social being called) then from nov 2015-april 2016 my son didnt mention anything ( i think he got fed up saying he was being hurt and then the proffessionals doing nothing to help him so he got on with it) and then in april 2016 he told me again it was still going on and had not stopped but his dad had started finding other ways to hurt him (without marking him) so once again called the police about this ( he was 6 at this point) and at last the police said to stop contact as there was too many reports of it going on...(i think once would be too many reports!!!) ....so his dad was questioned by the police about this and ADMITTED IT ALL but didnt accept the caution the police were going to give him as he "didnt see what he had done wrong" so that resulted in my son having to give evidence via video interveiw against his dad ready for court however after they reveiwed my 6 yr old sons evidence they dropped it...their reasons were that he didnt give sufficent enough evidence on times dates and places it was happening (police were also shocked the crown prosecution service dropped it...so basically his dad got away with CHILD ABUSE)well fast forward A FEW MONTHS OF NOTHING FROM HIS DAD ....his dad filed to the family courts for contact again with our son and worst thing is he has been granted UNSUPERVISED contact after just 2 sessions of supervised contact but now he trying to go for full custody of him as son supposidly said to a few different people that me and my partner are hurting him ( this is not true! hes probably got fed up with questions after questions about his dad and home life so hes probably just told them what he thinks they want to hear...if this is true)..he has also supposidly said that he scared of my partner (if he was scared of him why does he cuddle him and say i love you to him)....how can the courts and other organisations be contemplating giving a CHILD ABUSER full custody (or is this not child abuse....he has also had a caution for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TOWARDS ME! after i split up with him because of domestic violence) they are trying to say he is at risk being around my partner and trying to make my partner out to be something he not (we have been together over 5 years)...i have just had a baby a week and half ago nearly and social services has no worries about the newborn baby being here around my partner (baby dad) so if my partner was that bad and that much of a risk then why have they allowed me home with my partner and our newborn baby but they trying to say my 7 yr old is at risk around him.....was at court yesterday and they said that the only reason they didnt grant sons dad full custody there and then was because ive recently had a baby and that oldest could feel pushed out and that baby has taken priority.....well if he was at that much risk then they wouldnt care about the fact ive given birth....what do you all think of this horrible situation....im just so upset about the fact i could lose my 7 yr old for no real reason to a child abuser ....how can the courts be contemplating him having full custody and putting me through all this especially if the end result is that he wont get full custody and they just dont wanna say you got no chance if you know what i mean ...we just wanna live our lives happy with a newborn baby
