What does GLOW mean by DPO?

Question

I know DPO means Days Past Ovulation but here's what I'm wondering:
This is my first month tracking bbt. I noticed on my chart there is an area of green that starts tracking DPO. Is that there because GLOW is tracking from the date they already predicted as my ovulation day, or is it updated there because GLOW thinks I ovulated according to my bbt tracking??

It will take a couple of months to be accurate with the green area which is your fertile days. Once it registers a temp spike for a few days it should eventually adjust that green area. It will count the temp spike as 1dpo. The more data you give the app, the more accurate it will be.  If you use opks it will set your day 0 as the day after your positive test

The green area is their prediction of your fertile window (off your previous periods and cycle length).  I found that they were off by four days with mine.  Checking your temp and cervical fluid will show you when you're actually ovulating.  Also, taking ovulation tests help too.
