TTC #1 at 43

Hi everyone...i need some advise...ive been ttc for almost 2 yrs now. With very irregular period which prolonged for up to 15-16 days. Been diagnosed with hormon imbalance. Im not sure whether im categorised as PCOS..my husband is 9 yrs younger than me and has been very supportive and wonderful since the past 2 yrs when we were married. We very much trying toget ourself pregnant asap since body clock is ticking. Cant afford to do ivf...and am trying to stuff ourselves with as much supplements as we cld...any other advise maybe we cld try..? Owhh just to add ive conceived twice when i was 33 and 35 with my first marriage but one end up in termination and another was ectopic and one of my tube was removed...
