first signs of pregnancy

So me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for almost two weeks now. We've had sex everyday on my ovulation dates, but I'm curious to know what are some of the very first signs of early pregnancy? I have spotted maybe 2 or 3 days after the first time we had intercourse, but I only spotted very little and it was dark. I was having abdominal pains and I went to the doctor, but they said I had an bladder infection. I'm feeling awful though like I have an head cold and some days I just feel really off.
