Swelling?

Is anyone else experiencing ankle and foot swelling??? Since the beginning of this week my ankles all of a sudden swelled up, it goes down a little at night when I elevate and ice them but then right back to swollen during the day. I'm 27 weeks 3 days, first time mom💖

Yup, it's normal! If you drink more water, it will help to flush the extra fluid away and reduce swelling. Also, prop your feet up as much as you can! It's all apart of the home stretch before baby comes!

Yup! It's 100% normal & summer heat definitely makes it worse. Drink lots of water, prop your feet up & lower salt intake. That's what my doctor suggested anyway. While it hasn't completely gotten rid of the swelling, it's helped considerably.

Yup...mine started swelling at 21 weeks now at almost 29 my heels and ankles burn after standing for short periods of time. The burning started around 26 weeks.

Mines are swollen to & im 28 weeks & 2 days 😩 but it never goes away it stays swollen
