Clomid CD 19 EWCM left back pain

So the last couple days I've been having really dull achy pain in my lower left back/hip/upper butt area. To the point that I have my DH rub it so I can get enough relief to fall asleep. I'm CD 19 after doing 100mg of Clomid. Just went to the bathroom and a gob of EWCM came out... could this be me possibly gearing up for ovulation? I've never O'd before (based on CD 21 bloodwork). I'm not doing any testing  this cycle. I can make it until Tuesday to find out! Let's here your similar stories!
