Dumb question 😓

Not exactly sure when I ovulated.. I never saw EWCM but my cervix was super high and hard for a week after AF, I had Aton of watery cm. The most was yesterday at CD15. Now today cervix slightly lower, and light watery discharge. Do you think I O'd yesterday then? Confused.
