my son is going to be 5 months old tomorrow

And I feel like he's feeding so much more lately... it's like every 30 minutes to an hour he's eating again.. the thing is he feeds for like 5 minutes then stops and hour later he's hungry again and he again only eats for 5 to 8 minutes (on one boob!) but this is only during the day. At night he eats for 16 minutes ( 8 and 8) and wakes up every three hours. How do I get him to go longer without eating during the day?
