Nausea?

I've been completely nauseous from morning til night since 5w6d. Now as of yesterday, 7w1d the nausea has completely stopped... I am so so nervous that this is a sign of miscarriage, can anyone shed some light on their personal experience? I don't have an ultrasound appt til 8w5d

Symptoms come and go, it's normal.

Nausea has nothing to do with miscarriages. And it's normal not to feel any sort of symtoms while pregnant.

What you need to look for is severe cramping and/or accompanied by heavy red bleeding. If you start spotting blood just called your doctor instead because chances are your just sitting and it's normal for some women like myself

That happened to me and I had a missed miscarriage, if you go several days without any symptoms I'd call your doctor.

It's probably just baby giving you a false sense of security. You'll eat normally today and then be slammed with worse nausea than ever tomorrow!
