How do I know when I'm ovulating on IUD?I've had cramps for two days and bloating. I got my IUD in april and I've just had my 15 day first period about 2 weeks ago.

I believe you don't ovulate on hormonal IUDs, just like with the pill. But those symptoms are all normal for starting out on an IUD. It will get better, but don't be afraid to call your doctors office and ask questions

Your period is going to be very sporadic and irregular for at least the first 4 months.  It took me about 9 months to fully stabilize.  I'd honestly suggest wearing pantiliners for the next couple months.  As for the cramping and bloating, that could also just be your uterus getting used to having a foreign object shoved into it.  There's always a chance that there's something wrong with the IUD, or your body isn't handling it well. Id say wait a week or so and just observe your symptoms before jumping to that conclusion.  Obviously, if it gets significantly or abnormally worse, contact your doctor immediately.
