Should I test?

I'm one day late according to Glow and it's been spot on the past year. I've had horrible acne this month (this never happens), slight cramping, runny nose, headache, and fatigue. I'm nervous to test and get a bfn. Should I just do it or wait it out?

Wait it out a little bit more. When I get sick I tend to be late a couple of days.
