I'm not talking about the reflex smile, the kind they give you when you talk to them and stuff.. my baby is 4 weeks today and still no smile 🤕

They don't typically start smiling voluntarily until 6 weeks at least. For me my baby wasn't smiling several times a day til about 7-8 weeks.

At four weeks, he would smile once in the morning and then no more intentional smiles for the rest of the day. He started smiling regularly at around six weeks.
